口譯前需要做好什么準備？

　　進行口譯先和組織方聯(lián)系好，盡量索要日程表等文件，如果天氣炎熱也需要注意盡量不要穿短袖襯衣，今天尚語翻譯公司給大家分享口譯前需要做好什么準備?

　　現(xiàn)場準備：

　　Site preparation:

　　1.會議口譯。提前40分鐘到場，和組織方協(xié)調(diào)座位，臺卡，調(diào)試話筒。尋找筆記本電腦插頭。錄音筆錄音。

　　1. Conference interpretation. Arrive at the site 40 minutes in advance, coordinate with the organizer for seat, station card and microphone debugging. Look for the laptop plug. Recording pen recording.

　　2.陪同口譯。熟悉到訪地地理位置，企業(yè)或景點介紹。吃飯時候根據(jù)主辦方安排協(xié)調(diào)座次。

　　2. Accompanying interpretation. Familiar with the geographical location of the visited place, introduction of enterprises or scenic spots. Coordinate the seating according to the organizer during the meal.

　　3.同聲傳譯。提前40分鐘到場，了解大屏幕位置，調(diào)試耳機和同聲傳譯設(shè)備，調(diào)節(jié)音量。帶優(yōu)盤請錄音師錄下現(xiàn)場音頻，自己用錄音筆錄音。把打印好的材料有序擺放到箱子里。

　　3. Simultaneous interpretation. Arrive at the scene 40 minutes in advance to understand the location of the large screen, debug the headset and simultaneous interpretation equipment, and adjust the volume. Please record the live audio with a recording pen. Put the printed materials in order in the box.

　　注意：

　　1.服裝盡量正裝，不然外賓和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)正裝，譯員穿著隨便很突兀。

　　1. Dress as formal as possible, or foreign guests and leaders will dress casually and abruptly.

　　2.學(xué)會躲鏡頭。雙方賓客合影，如無邀請，譯員請回避。如果需要工作照，可以麻煩組織方協(xié)助照相。

　　2. Learn to hide from the camera. The guests of both sides take a photo. If there is no invitation, please avoid the interpreter. If you need working photos, you can ask the organizer to help you take photos.

　　3.有話筒的口譯注意自己的聲音，不要太大也不要太小。咳嗽請回避。同傳的話有一個“咳嗽鍵”，如果需要和組織方說話或和搭檔交流記得按一下。輪換時候有切換鍵，注意協(xié)調(diào)好，主動切換。

　　3. Interpreters with microphones should pay attention to their own voice, not too big or too small. Please avoid coughing. There is a cough button in simultaneous interpreting. If you need to speak with the organizer or contact your partner, remember to click. There is a switch key during rotation. Pay attention to coordination and active switch.
